Description

Lead the execution and delivery of machine learning projects while managing a remote team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and lead a remote team of machine learning engineers using industry best practices.
• Design and architect machine learning solutions and drive the implementation of ML platform capabilities.
• Coordinate project planning with product, data science, and ML engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the productionization and deployment of data science models and machine learning pipelines.
• Lead the development of product features using Generative AI, NLP, deep learning, and classical machine learning.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience working in the machine learning space.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and building successful development teams.
• Expertise in Python and SQL.
• Working experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, or other big data systems.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and establish team performance measures and feedback processes.
