You will lead operational scaling and growth for a hardware-based nanotechnology startup in New Delhi.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the transition of proven nanotechnology hardware to large-scale commercial application.
• Manage multifaceted operational tasks to advance the company's growth objectives.
• Solve complex technical and operational problems within a hardware-centric environment.
• Work directly with the CEO to execute the company's scaling strategy.

Required Skills

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience working in a startup environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience specifically within a hardware-based startup.
• Strong Mechanical Engineering expertise.
• Proven ability to multitask across different business functions.
• Strong innovative problem-solving capabilities.
