Description

Lead the enterprise data and analytics roadmap while managing global development and consulting teams. Own the design, build, and testing of Planning Analytics models to support the financial month-end close process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the creation, evolution, and execution of the enterprise data and analytics roadmap.
• Manage multiple remote development and consulting teams across global locations.
• Design, build, test, and improve Planning Analytics models to support business needs.
• Collaborate with the data governance team to align business requirements with data standards.
• Lead data integration efforts and implement future data management tools and processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of industry experience.
• 10+ years designing business and technical specifications for analytic data products.
• 7+ years in Data Warehouse Development, BI Reporting, Data Management, and Financial Planning.
• 5+ years managing analytics teams, including direct reports and offshore resources.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Warehouse, BI, and Planning Platforms.
• Deep understanding of data processing for data science, architecture, and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and supply chain management.
