Description

Lead engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for a global point of sale system.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 scrum teams of 6-8 engineers across multiple geographical locations, managing deliverables, execution, and career growth.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, including defining roadmaps, schedules, and assessing risks related to complexity and timelines.
• Drive technical quality by reviewing architectural designs, leading code reviews, and establishing department standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Quality, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Manage bug triage processes and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to resolve critical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
• Proven experience building customer-facing applications.
• Experience managing multi-location engineering teams.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions and review technical designs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with backend and web application development.
• Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
