You will define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, overseeing architecture, team leadership, and operational deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Design and oversee AI architectures including transformers, diffusion models, and RAG systems.
• Develop scalable RAG solutions that integrate external data sources with AI models.
• Lead high-performing teams in the development and deployment of commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Oversee data science and ML Ops practices, including data pipelines, model training, and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data, AI, and ML delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Generative AI architectures, transformers, and diffusion models.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and integrating external knowledge bases.
• Expertise in Langchain and LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases and their integration with AI models.
• Experience with Azure cloud services for model deployment and large-scale AI operations.
• Strong understanding of ML Ops, LLM Ops, and CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise data governance and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
