Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence to ensure consistent outcomes across the organization.
• Lead through influence to convene stakeholders and align on strategic direction.
• Bridge the gap between IT, business functions, and core development teams.
• Communicate effectively with C-Suite executives and across all business forums.
• Standardize quality of outcomes to meet specific business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management and functional leadership roles.
• Direct experience managing technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams spanning business and IT.
• Experience managing diverse transformational business projects.
• Broad understanding of IT projects and their impact on business environments.
• Expertise in C-Suite engagement and executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technology discipline.
