Description

You will lead a global team of cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and incident responders to defend against cyber events and protect organizational assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team, overseeing talent planning, career development, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement security strategies to identify and address risks across cloud services, applications, and infrastructure.
• Drive security operations performance by identifying gaps and prioritizing resources for future planning.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards through regular audits and compliance assessments.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including iteration planning and backlog management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to report on the status of key security deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• 3+ years in a cybersecurity leadership role.
• Expertise in Network Security, Endpoint Security (EDR), IdM/IAM/PAM, and SIEM.
• Experience with Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), Zscaler, SOAR, DLP, UEBA, and Cloud Access Security Brokers.
• Proficiency in Vulnerability Management.
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, firewalls, proxies, IDS, and IPS.
• Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity issues to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Security certifications including CISSP, CISM, GSEC, CCSP, CEH, or OSCP.
