Description

You will lead the engineering pillar responsible for technical execution, stability, and optimization of owned and third-party fulfillment networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multi-tiered engineering support organization, including facility-based, escalation, and 3PL integration teams.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Operations & Execution Engineering in partnership with Product teams.
• Oversee the BAU and KTLO backlog for warehouse and manufacturing systems, including WMS, WES, and WCS.
• Own incident management, root cause analysis, and observability practices to ensure system uptime and fulfillment execution.
• Manage technical vendor relationships to enforce SLA adherence for automation, MHEs, and put walls.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, fulfillment technology, or supply chain automation.
• 5+ years in an engineering leadership role with experience managing managers and scaling teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) integrations and integration frameworks.
• Expertise in managing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and automation technology vendors.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvements in warehouse automation and system integrations.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in managing incident response and technical troubleshooting for critical manufacturing systems.
