Description

You will lead the engineering team and shape the technical direction as a co-founder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap and define the evolution of the technical architecture.
• Build and manage a high-performance engineering team through recruitment, goal setting, and mentorship.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals.
• Implement strategies to ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage the engineering budget and optimize resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a background in building scalable products.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Golang, Java, or Python3.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.js.
• Experience with databases including MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, or DynamoDB.
• Proven hands-on technical leadership and experience recruiting high-performance teams.
• Ability to align technology vision with business objectives in an early-stage startup environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field or any graduate degree.
