You will lead engineering efforts for assigned client projects and manage multiple squads to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts for client projects and manage delivery across multiple squads.
• Collaborate with account management and senior leadership to align strategic investments with business goals.
• Develop frameworks and blueprints for frontend applications, microservices, cloud-based integration, and analytics.
• Coach and develop engineering talent while mentoring future company leadership.
• Report project plan versus performance to senior leadership and provide financial estimates for architectural roadmaps.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and presales solution engineering as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering leadership.
• Experience managing frontend applications.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud-based integration.
• Ability to present complex technical ideas to senior stakeholders and large groups.
• Proven ability to execute projects involving multiple development squads.
• Experience providing financial estimates and assessing architectural impacts.
• Any graduate degree.
