Director of Finance, Americas

You will lead financial operations for the Americas, ensuring organizational financial health and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies, long-term plans, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage financial resources, including cash flow, investments, assets, and payroll administration.
• Implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a finance team of analysts and accountants to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Expertise in Accounting and Financial Operations.
• Deep understanding of Financial Regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong Analytical Skills for trend and risk identification.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability in team management and strategic decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
