Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies, long-term plans, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage financial resources, cash flow, investments, and assets while implementing internal controls and policies.
• Mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor a finance team of analysts and accountants to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Expertise in financial operations and financial management principles.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial software, systems, and technology implementation.
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Competency in payroll administration.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or CPA certification.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
