Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and business management functions.
• Oversee procurement processes in compliance with Commonwealth of Massachusetts policies and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all public purchase regulatory requirements are met.
• Utilize database software and spreadsheets to maintain financial accuracy.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or business management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with database software.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth of Massachusetts procurement policies and public purchase regulations.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience working within Government or Nonprofit Organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• CPA certification.
• Direct experience in non-profit or government agency environments.
