Description

Lead financial operations and management for the organization, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth of Massachusetts policies and statutory requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and business management functions to maintain financial accuracy.
• Oversee procurement processes in strict compliance with public purchase regulatory requirements.
• Utilize database software and spreadsheets to track and report financial data.
• Ensure all public purchase regulations are met during acquisition activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or business management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with database software for financial tracking.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth of Massachusetts procurement policies and public purchase regulations.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience working within Government or Nonprofit Organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• CPA certification.
• Direct experience in non-profit or government agency environments.
