Lead the IT department and drive strategic technology planning for U.S. operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international teams in Germany to align IT strategies with U.S. technology needs.
• Direct the SAP IT Application support team and manage resource allocation for technical projects.
• Develop and implement technical solutions by analyzing complex business requirements and digitalization initiatives.
• Oversee internal controls, disaster recovery plans, system upgrades, and database security protocols.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure compliance with global IT standards and policies.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience leading IT strategy and operations.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems.
• Direct experience supporting SAP IT applications.
• Ability to manage internal controls, backup procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with system upgrades and network access control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
