Description

You will lead the Cloud Data Engineering Application Service Delivery team to build and support data assets and APIs within the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cloud Data Engineering team in developing data assets and APIs for strategic solutions and analytics.
• Manage concurrent high-impact incidents to minimize business disruption.
• Mentor and develop IT professionals to support career growth and team success.
• Implement security and compliance strategies to improve the organization's security posture.
• Apply incident and problem management practices to prevent problem re-occurrence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams within a large enterprise IT organization.
• Proven experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts, trends, and EDL.
• Experience managing EM data across multiple domains.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and support complex solutions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging audiences with varying technical expertise.
• Ability to work without requiring U.S. work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
