Description

You will lead infrastructure initiatives to support C-Suite strategic planning and oversee IT security operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enable the CIO to drive strategic vision and collaborate with the C-Suite on new initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance within a collaborative IT team structure.
• Oversee functional areas including Help Desk, Network Management, and IT Security.
• Manage IT Security, Cyber Security, and Compliance efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure leadership or technical roles.
• Proven experience in Cyber Security and IT Security practices.
• Familiarity with Network Management principles.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting C-Suite strategic planning.
• Background in compliance management.
