Description

Lead IT operations, policy enforcement, and strategic resource management to support organizational growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Manage departmental operating budgets, controlling revenues, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Direct project lifecycles by defining schedule, scope, and budget while managing team responsibilities.
• Oversee personnel actions including hiring, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews.
• Negotiate service level agreements and contract provisions in coordination with the legal department.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership or management roles.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and financial objectives.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, risk, and resource requirements.
• Experience with contract negotiation and service level agreement (SLA) management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and FERPA security and privacy standards.
• Ability to direct and evaluate the work of subordinate technical staff.
• Experience researching mobile applications and communication technologies within healthcare contexts.
