You will establish and lead the manufacturing engineering function to optimize production techniques, tooling, and methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the manufacturing engineering department to advance production processes.
• Analyze current manufacturing techniques and tooling to identify productivity and quality improvements.
• Implement methodologies to streamline processes and deskill operations while maintaining precision.
• Drive Capex projects from cost justification through to implementation and validation.
• Manage a team and monitor KPIs to ensure the sustainability of improvement projects.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years in a leadership position driving organizational improvements.
• Proven track record of establishing new functions or departments.
• Expertise in manufacturing methods, process optimization, and error reduction strategies.
• Experience with tooling methodologies and process reliability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to align engineering and manufacturing objectives.
• Strong data-driven validation and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
