You will lead the marketing function and go-to-market strategy for Western Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the go-to-market strategy for the brand in Western Europe.
  • Execute demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns aligned with sales teams.
  • Manage multi-channel acquisition programs across events, webinars, email, website, paid advertising, and social media.
  • Facilitate the development of outward-facing collateral and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with business development to ensure leads and opportunities are qualified, actionable, and accurately reported.
  • Coordinate with internal resource teams regarding media, SEM, analytics, and personalization.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in brand management and demand generation.
  • Deep expertise in B2B marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong experience with multi-channel acquisition, including SEM, email, and content marketing.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating marketing efforts with business development and sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating effective outward-facing collateral.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry.
  • Understanding of service offerings such as Co-Innovation.
