Oversee daily operations across four locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardize operations and reduce waste.
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon managers and staff while conducting regular performance reviews.
- Develop and manage budgets for each location, monitoring sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Execute sales strategies and collaborate with marketing to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in retail or service management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data cleanup (find/replace, remove duplicates, text to columns).
- Proficiency in GSuite.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Ability to create and present high-quality decks using PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
