Description

Oversee daily operations across four locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardize operations and reduce waste.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise salon managers and staff while conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Develop and manage budgets for each location, monitoring sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Execute sales strategies and collaborate with marketing to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or service management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data cleanup (find/replace, remove duplicates, text to columns).
  • Proficiency in GSuite.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Ability to create and present high-quality decks using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Proven experience in financial management and budgeting.
