Description

Lead product strategy and execution for the Gift Cards and Merchandise business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive product management initiatives for gift card and merchandise offerings.
• Manage relationships and performance with third-party vendors.
• Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide thought leadership to shape the long-term product roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven expertise in managing gift card product lifecycles.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external partnerships.
• Ability to define and monitor SLAs.
• Demonstrated thought leadership within a product organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
