Director of Product

You will lead the management, maintenance, and scaling of global marketplace integrations.

Responsibilities

• Steer integration innovation and create product roadmaps, including user stories and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer pain points.
• Partner with engineering stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility and resource tradeoffs.
• Create, monitor, and groom product tickets to provide clear direction for engineering teams.
• Supervise a team of Product Managers, Designers, and development teams across the US and India.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical major.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and API services technology.
• Knowledge of auto-scaling services and large database structure design.
• Experience with web scraping technology and service companies.
• Ability to document software engineering technical specification needs within clear requirements.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to C-level executives.
• Proficiency with SQL, JSON, SEO, EDI, and SAP.
• Ability to work flexibly across a global product and engineering organization.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of API connections in e-commerce and platforms like Amazon or Walmart.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Oracle.
• Understanding of standard purchase order documents and codes in relation to EDI.
