Description

Lead revenue cycle optimization and oversee the financial module of our EHR software in Burlington, ON.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a revenue cycle management team of 3-6 members.
• Oversee implementation and support of the EHR software financial module.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, coding, and collections processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to streamline operations.
• Manage and develop employees through training and performance support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and regulations.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare informatics.
• Knowledge of US medical billing and accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both clinical and financial modules of EHR software.
• Prior experience in a healthcare technology company.
• Knowledge of both Canadian and US healthcare billing practices.
