Good to Have Skills: Experience in Equities/Stock Borrow Loan domain, exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives across multiple departments.
• Makes strategic decisions that influence teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and execution of processes and procedures.
• Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success including cost of ownership and maintainability.
• Delivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains within the organization.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams to drive innovation.
• Champions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect across all engineering initiatives.
• Develops and leads cross-functional teams of technologists with the help of AI to solve complex technical problems.
• Manages hiring, developing, and recognizing talent while leading product engineering initiatives with deep technical expertise.

Experience Required: Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
