Description

Lead technical delivery and architectural evolution of core platforms during large-scale rebuilding transformations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of complex projects involving multiple integrated systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications defining scope for development teams.
• Facilitate technical experts and architects to resolve complex challenges and ensure compliance.
• Oversee development of business features, upstream data integration, and high-performance user interfaces.

Required Skills

• 7+ years hands-on experience in Java, including deep knowledge of Memory Model, Runtime Environment, Concurrency, and Multithreading.
• 3+ years as a Technical Lead on large-scale cloud-native projects.
• Experience architecting core libraries or frameworks for storage, security, or alert notifications.
• Proven background in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with event-driven systems, transaction processing, or High Performance Computing (HPC).
• Technical expertise in Framework Design and Technical Architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies and migrations.
• Experience with distributed message brokers using Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• AWS experience.
