Description

Lead engineering teams to deliver large-scale digital transformation and cloud platform solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical track of 10+ software engineers, mentoring teams on delivery quality and technical risk management.
• Translate client business capabilities into digital reality by defining solution roadmaps and implementation approaches.
• Design complex data integration and database systems while modeling multiple domains using Domain Driven Design.
• Set development standards and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, leveraging cloud and big data for customer engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership, specifically delivering complex solution designs and large-scale programs.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud data platforms: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, service-oriented architecture, and 12-factor methodology.
• Expertise in distributed computing, data pipelines, messaging, eventing, and async processing.
• Ability to apply Domain Driven Design and manage version control branching strategies.
• Strong skills in systems integration, custom development, and package implementation.
• Exceptional English communication and client relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Availability for frequent travel to Culiacán, Mexico, including twice monthly during the first three months.
