Lead talent acquisition strategy and operations to strengthen recruiting capabilities and optimize resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including policy setting, KPI measurement, and recruiter communication.
• Develop processes for forecasting demand by skill and creating short-term fulfillment plans.
• Lead sourcing strategies across multiple channels, focusing on passive candidate attraction and recruiting tool optimization.
• Manage and challenge existing recruiting methods to improve sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term talent acquisition missions and ensure compliance with employment and immigration laws.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting operations in growth-oriented environments.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international recruitment processes, including sourcing, ATS, and full-time vs C2C hiring.
• Experience with varied Talent Acquisition information systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in employment and immigration legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain candidate and organizational confidentiality.
• High emotional intelligence for relationship building across all organizational levels.
