Job description:

Role: Director – Operations, RCM

Experience: 15+ Years

Location: Pune (Work from office)

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end healthcare RCM operations.
• Manage teams across billing, claims, coding, denial management, AR, and collections.
• Drive operational KPIs such as clean claim rate, denial rate, AR days, and collections.
• Manage client relationships and overall service delivery.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation/process improvements.
• Manage P&L, staffing, capacity planning, and operational strategy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and client SLAs.
