Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and support of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for IT Market Operations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor the Power BI development team.
• Manage the delivery of new reports, enhancements, defect fixes, and performance improvements.
• Design and optimize Power BI data models, DAX measures, and dashboards.
• Ensure report accuracy through data validation and reconciliation.
• Monitor reporting SLAs, delivery KPIs, and operational stability.
• Resolve production issues and coordinate with upstream data and application support teams.
• Manage release planning, deployment validation, and post-release support.
• Drive reporting best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvements.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Power BI development and dashboard design.
• Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in report performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience leading development teams and managing project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
