Description

Lead interconnected foundational systems for a comprehensive digital transformation, ensuring delivery teams complete project components on time and within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope and implement necessary adjustments in partnership with client leadership.
• Track program progress using identified metrics and report on project status and major barriers.
• Develop and maintain processes to assess project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets, adhering to allocated funds while navigating operational and resource constraints.
• Provide leadership and guidance in complex situations requiring professional judgment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within a Health Authority or a similar clinical service delivery environment.
• Proven experience managing complex digital transformation programs.
• Expertise in MS Project and Visio.
• Proficiency with MS Office toolsets, including Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior executives and clinicians.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Project Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline.
