Description

You will lead the Sales Operations Center of Excellence to drive sales productivity and operational efficiency through standardized processes and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales operational resources within the worldwide shared services organization in India.
• Build and manage a coherent Sales Operations Center of Excellence team.
• Own key sales support processes including planning, analytics, helpdesk, and sales enablement functions.
• Manage the transition of sales operational services into the India Center of Excellence.
• Implement sales operational processes to optimize costs and reduce complexity across the commercial operations organization.
• Lead cross-functional program management, business design, and business redesign initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a people manager developing teams.
• Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce implementations.
• Proficiency in sales analytics and sales forecasting.
• Experience with quote-to-cash operations and defining business requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, critical projects.
• Strong business design skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience setting up and managing a world-class shared service organization.
