Description
You will lead the enterprise SAP strategy, implementation, and optimization across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the SAP roadmap, driving S/4HANA transformation programs including cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of S/4HANA and core modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, WM, EWM, TM, PS, HR, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, and BTP.
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts using Agile and DevOps delivery models.
- Ensure SAP security, SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and GDPR requirements are met through established governance models.
- Direct a team of functional and technical consultants while managing relationships with SI partners like Deloitte and Accenture.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations.
- Deep expertise in SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, TM, PS, EWM, IBP, BTP, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
- Hands-on experience with SAP integration via CPI, PI/PO, BTP, and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in SAP data analytics using SAP HANA, Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, and SAC.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and SAP Activate methodologies.
- Expertise in SAP GRC, role-based access control, and risk management.
- Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent industry certifications.
- Experience in cloud migration, hybrid architecture, and multi-cloud strategies.
- PMI, ITIL, or Prince2 certification.
