Description

You will drive enterprise-wide security initiatives in a FinTech or highly regulated financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain NIST Cybersecurity Framework best practices across the enterprise.
• Manage security monitoring and threat detection using GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
• Design and enforce VPC security, security groups, and network segmentation on AWS.
• Lead penetration testing programs and manage incident response procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in security leadership roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS Infrastructure and Security experience.
• Expertise in AWS IAM, Organizations, Control Tower, and SCP governance.
• Proficiency with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, Wiz, Orca, Upwind).
• Deep expertise in IAM/PAM tools including Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, and Delinea.
• Experience with cloud-native security concepts: Kubernetes, Serverless, and GitOps.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOC, GDPR, FedRAMP, and ISO27001.
• Experience leveraging asset management tools like Axonius and BigID.
• Working knowledge of core AWS services: CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub.
