Description

You will lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native microservices and complex software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage multi-disciplinary teams including software, quality, reliability engineers, project managers, and scrum masters.
• Own architectural decision-making for product features, refactoring, and EOSL decisions.
• Drive technical direction and best practices in collaboration with architects and SRE leads.
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with secure software development guidelines and meet QE, DevSec, and FinOps KPIs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions and microservices.
• 7+ years of experience with cloud technologies including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 7+ years of experience deploying software using Jenkins CI/CD, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python, Java, Angular JS, Kubernetes, and Airflow.
• 3+ years of experience writing and debugging code in Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of distributed microservice-based architectures and data concepts.
• Experience with Google Cloud services including Firestore, Big Table, and GCP SDKs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing big data solutions using Dataflow, Apache Beam, BigQuery, or PubSub.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments and managing product/project budgets.
• Knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server or MySQL.
