Description

Lead technical integrations and serve as the primary liaison between technology partners and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Research partner APIs and documentation to identify integration opportunities.
  • Architect and develop partner integrations following internal best practices.
  • Design scalable technical validation processes for partner-built integrations.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for joint integrations.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable requirements to influence the product roadmap.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience as a cloud sales engineer, SIEM sales engineer, cybersecurity consultant, solution architect, or partner engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud service providers, specifically AWS and GCP.
  • Proficiency working with APIs and technical documentation.
  • Experience in technical validation and UAT processes.
  • Background in managing Technology Alliances or CSP Alliances.
  • Ability to develop use cases based on XDR, partner technology, and customer workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales Engineering.

Preferred Skills

  • Cloud experience and certifications with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment.
