Lead technical integrations and serve as the primary liaison between technology partners and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Research partner APIs and documentation to identify integration opportunities.
- Architect and develop partner integrations following internal best practices.
- Design scalable technical validation processes for partner-built integrations.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for joint integrations.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable requirements to influence the product roadmap.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a cloud sales engineer, SIEM sales engineer, cybersecurity consultant, solution architect, or partner engineer.
- Hands-on experience with cloud service providers, specifically AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency working with APIs and technical documentation.
- Experience in technical validation and UAT processes.
- Background in managing Technology Alliances or CSP Alliances.
- Ability to develop use cases based on XDR, partner technology, and customer workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales Engineering.
Preferred Skills
- Cloud experience and certifications with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
