Description

Lead the Solutions Architects team for the Asia Pacific region. Own hiring, mentoring, and development of technical staff. Build strategies to improve win rates through technical discovery, articulation, and solution demonstrations. Establish processes, metrics, and KPIs to optimize technical evaluations, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partner with Sales, Channels, Alliances, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on regional strategies and product feedback. Foster technical and executive-level relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop a global team of Solutions Architects and managers.
• Build and implement strategies to improve win rates via technical discovery and solution demonstration.
• Establish processes, metrics, and KPIs to optimize technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align regional strategies.
• Foster executive-level relationships with key customers across the APAC region.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading technical sales, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineering teams.
• Proven experience building and leading global teams of managers with 30+ total team members.
• Experience selling technical solutions to technical staff, management, and executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, agile, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment models such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Familiarity with application security practices including SAST and DAST.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to develop and improve technical assessment processes and team enablement operations.
