Description
Lead the India User Interface and Experience Team, managing an enterprise-wide design agency. You will integrate design with technology to enable customer experience transformations and define global experience strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage Visual and UX Designers, Front End Developers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts within a matrixed organization.
- Collaborate across the enterprise to sculpt visions for new products and digital transformation strategies.
- Define research strategies, align efforts, and drive user-centricity across the organization.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure high levels of quality and operational excellence.
- Shape business vision and user insights to build a high-performing global design team.
Required Skills
- 18+ years of professional experience with a track record in technology leadership.
- Experience leading a business line in a technology setup or working within a design agency.
- Expertise in ideation, sketching, wireframing, user flows, mapping, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in UX software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, Sketch, and InVision.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with DevOps and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing multi-channel, personalized solutions including conversational interfaces, chatbots, RCS, and IVR.
- Understanding of ADA tools and AA compliance guidelines.
- Experience working with teams and clients across multiple geographies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Angular, ReactJS, and mobile development tools for iOS and Android.
- Experience in the BFSI domain.
