Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide disaster recovery strategies and incident management practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DR strategy plans and incident management protocols across the enterprise.
• Manage DR execution to meet RTO and RPO metrics and key performance indicators.
• Test and update recovery plans through iterative testing of critical business applications.
• Define cybersecurity incident resolution steps and associated escalation procedures.
• Monitor compliance with policy, regulatory, and legal requirements regarding disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in disaster recovery, including developing, maintaining, and testing recovery plans.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare and Veeam for replication and backup processes.
• Deep understanding of business application relationships across web, database, and application servers in Dev, Stage, and Prod environments.
• Proven ability to conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments.
• Experience managing DR metrics, dashboards, and reporting milestones.
• Strong technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard documentation toolkits.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Administrator Associate certification.
• DRO expertise.
