Description

You will coordinate disaster recovery planning and manage Office 365 administration to ensure service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Guide application stakeholders through the development and maintenance of Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
• Lead DR exercises to verify the recovery of critical services across all affected sites.
• Administer the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and access rights via Azure Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot Intune settings and conditional access policies.
• Collaborate with IT security to implement policies and conduct regular system audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services and related technologies.
• Proficiency with Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing Intune configurations and conditional access.
• Proven ability to identify gaps in DR plans and provide actionable recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications related to Office 365.
