Description

Manage technical processes and quality standards for smartphone display manufacturing and refurbishment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze display-related problems using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Guide teams through repairs of damaged or malfunctioning displays and component replacements.
• Maintain manufacturing machinery including display separators, bubble removers, punching machines, deep freezers, and flex bonding equipment.
• Execute quality checks and functionality testing to ensure repaired displays meet performance standards.
• Optimize yield rates for display refurbishment processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in smartphone display manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of LCD, LED, and OLED technologies.
• Deep understanding of display components including OCA, Reflector, and Polarizer.
• Proficiency with display parameters: refresh rate, resolution, pixel density, brightness, contrast ratio, touch sensitivity, power consumption, and durability.
• Experience with machine maintenance and technical parameters for display manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
