Description

You will design and develop new display technologies and manage projects of significant technical importance. You own the full lifecycle from ASIC bring-up to driver resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new display technologies including FreeSync, HDR, and high-resolution displays.
• Participate in new ASIC and hardware bring-up processes.
• Debug and fix existing driver issues in Linux and Windows environments.
• Lead development, implementation, and resolution of complex, non-recurring problems.
• Coach and mentor less experienced staff while influencing technical decisions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Windows kernel development experience using WinDbg.
• Experience with display technologies such as HDMI, DP, eDP, FreeSync, or HDR.
• LINUX Kernel Mode display driver experience, specifically layers under drm/.
• Firmware or embedded development experience.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
• BA/BS with 5-7 years of experience or MS with 3-5 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
