Description

You will validate display systems for LCD, LCOS, and Micro-OLED electronics and their associated optical components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation for display electrical interface standards including MIPI and eDP alongside optical performance criteria.
• Drive functional validation of display products into measurable specifications using optical measurement devices like photometers and colorimeters.
• Develop comprehensive display system and sub-system level test specifications and manage execution of test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical feedback and produce engineering solutions for electro-optic systems.
• Produce technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in a system validation role within the consumer electronics field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics (EE) or Optics.
• Experience with embedded electronics system validation for display or optic applications such as AR/VR devices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, electronic, and optic system drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of communication protocols including Modbus, RS-232, RS-485, and Ethernet.
• Knowledge of embedded EE interface standards such as I2C and eUSB.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Preferred Skills

• LCOS/Micro-OLED optical product validation experience using Radiant Vision.
• Programming experience with C#, Python, C, or test software programming using SoC and DRY techniques.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing practices such as Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, or Value Stream Map.
