Description

You will manage dispute resolution and fraud investigation processes for a financial services client.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute dispute resolution workflows to address contested transactions.
• Perform fraud analysis to identify and mitigate suspicious activity.
• Investigate online fraud patterns and related transaction discrepancies.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records of all dispute cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in dispute resolution or fraud investigation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fraud analysis.
• Ability to detect and manage online fraud.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree or graduate-level education.
