Lead support and incident management for distributed applications and infrastructure in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Triage and coordinate incidents with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) with developers and infra teams to implement permanent fixes.
• Manage Autosys batch monitoring, provide daily support, and generate status reports.
• Coordinate environment patching, infrastructure upgrades, and post-patching QA sign-offs.
• Oversee middleware certificate renewals and configure AppDynamics alerts for proactive monitoring.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
• Proficient in Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of Autosys, Informatica, and Cloudera.
• Experience with middleware including Tomcat, MQ, and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, and Azure monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of Java-based applications and web development/API concepts.
• Proficiency in Oracle (SQL/PLSQL).
• Knowledge of HTTP, SSH, and FTP protocols.
• Excellent written communication and email skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring database health and managing environment downtime reporting.
