The role ensures business continuity for global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs following increased workload linked to regulatory compliance and country expansion.

- 5-7 Years of experience in Project / Program Management
- Ideally prior experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Expertise in managing accessibility solutions: Microlink, Retain, Neurodiversity Job Coaching
- Experience in Global disability enablement, employee retention, and disability hiring programs
- Strong in Workflow Automation: Slack workflows, AI-supported tools for intake, approvals, communications & reporting
- Proficiency in Peopleforce intake, KPI Tracking (SLA, NPS), Dashboard Reporting & Leadership Insights
- Experience in Vendor Coordination, Vendor Onboarding, Contract Tracking, Invoicing & Budget Utilization
- Hands-on with Knowledge Management tools: Confluence, Basecamp, Trailhead, ACT, EPOCH, Synthesia
- Location: Hyderabad
