Description

You manage division operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division operations, ensuring projects meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Lead and support direct reports, fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
• Coordinate with all business functions regarding workloads, equipment, and crew performance.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and daily logs using Method.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Superintendent, Construction Management, or Division Management.
• Deep understanding of pavement construction industry processes and standards.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of direct reports.
• Proficiency in project management, people management, and equipment management.
• Strong organizational skills and a business development mindset.
• Ability to diagnose problems and apply structured problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.

Education
