Description

You will design and implement distributed ledger components for tokenized deposit issuance, minting, burning, and settlement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop smart contracts or chaincode governing deposit token logic and lifecycle.
• Integrate DLT ledgers with core banking, KYC, AML, and payments systems.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices to support tokenized financial flows.
• Ensure compliance with financial-grade controls for identity, privacy, and auditability.
• Troubleshoot distributed ledger issues, optimize performance, and support production-grade networks.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in blockchain or DLT.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Quorum, Besu, or private Ethereum.
• Strong backend proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of token models, including fungible tokens, UTXO, and account-based models.
• Knowledge of mint/burn flows and payment systems (ACH, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022).
• Experience building secure microservices and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and cloud deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with financial-grade security and compliance standards.
