Description

You will analyze and support large-scale healthcare claims processing systems, specifically focusing on MMIS and MES modules.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing for MMIS, MES, and COTS applications.
  • Manage defect triage calls with multiple vendors and track defects through to resolution.
  • Develop test cases, prepare test data, and verify software changes to resolve escalated issues.
  • Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders through Test Summary and Execution metrics.
  • Support ongoing releases, enhancements, and production defect fixes.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis and programming logic.
  • 10+ years of experience in data conversion mapping, rules, and ETL design.
  • 10+ years of experience with large-scale claims processing software.
  • 10+ years of experience coordinating SIT, UAT, and E2E testing on large-scale projects.
  • 7+ years of experience with Teradata queries.
  • 7+ years of experience in test scenario development, test case creation, and execution.
  • Extensive experience with Mainframe testing and DB2.
  • Proven ability in defect tracking and metrics reporting.
  • Expertise in evaluating and presenting data conversion results.
