Description

Analyze and support large-scale healthcare claims processing systems, specifically MMIS and MES modules. Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for MMIS, MES, and COTS applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
• Conduct defect triage calls with multiple vendors and track defects through to resolution.
• Develop test cases, prepare test data, and verify software changes for escalated issues.
• Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders via Test Summary and Execution metrics.
• Support ongoing releases, enhancements, and production defect fixes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis and programming logic.
• 10+ years of experience in data conversion mapping, rules, and ETL design.
• 10+ years of experience with large-scale claims processing software.
• 10+ years of experience coordinating SIT, UAT, and E2E testing on large-scale projects.
• 7+ years of experience with Teradata queries.
• 7+ years of experience in test scenario development, test case creation, and execution.
• Extensive experience with Mainframe testing and DB2.
• Proven ability in defect tracking and metrics reporting.
• Expertise in evaluating and presenting data conversion results.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MMIS and MES specific domain knowledge.
